You don't need a tech team. You need a tech guy.
One senior engineer, end to end — products shipped and used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
How I can help
Senior, end-to-end engineering — from a one-week scoping sprint to owning a system all the way into production.
Selected work
Flagship builds — platforms, products, and the client work around them.
Canopy
Vella — AI-native dental practice OS
Canopy is the company. Vella is what staff use: ask in chat, coverage before the chair, claims and remits on the same desk — every write on the same governed rails as a human. Underneath, an event-driven Azure platform and a full revenue-cycle engine.

Multiple Hub
Autism-tech catalog & Navigator platform
The data platform and family-facing Navigator for Multiple's autism-tech catalog — 646 Hub companies, 78 vetted from their alumni list, and an intake families fill themselves. Staff review every shortlist before a company is shown. Eleven routes, a provenance ledger, and a matcher that only ever surfaces companies Multiple stands behind.

Total Script Solutions
Partner landing, staff CRM, and clinic portal
A purpose-built stack for a peptide distributor: a public partner landing page, a staff CRM that prices a live pharmacy formulary from two vendors, and a clinic portal that routes the prescription out for fill. Three hostnames, one catalog — staff and clinic logins don't interchange.

Runcards
Find your next run
A running-community platform where runners discover group runs and clubs, and clubs promote events, manage registrations, and grow their community — built around linked runner, club, and meeting 'cards', with an AI content studio for clubs. Live on the App Store and Google Play.

MyCareClub Ops
AI operations console for a Medicare agency
An internal AI operations console for a Medicare agency: real-time call analytics (Convoso), KPI dashboards, a Claude-powered chat assistant, concurrent Cursor code agents, and automated reporting into Slack — every tool the ops team uses, behind one login. Underneath it, a reconciliation engine that reads every carrier statement and works out what the agency was actually paid: $1.1M tied out so far, and $30K of commission a carrier clawed back against payments it had never made.

Kero Sports
The engine behind in-game betting
For two years I built the backend behind Kero's micro-betting products — real-time pricing, automated trading, and the market infrastructure that powers in-play betting. Hard real-time, high-stakes, and live in production for 150+ sportsbooks — Caesars among them.

Real Estate Closing Engine
Loan closing packages, drafted from the file
An internal tool for a firm that handles real-estate loan closings: the lender's terms and the title company's paperwork in, a 300-page closing set out. Most of the engine is rules rather than prompting — the firm's checking duties written as deterministic validators over one canonical deal record, where a hard stop blocks assembly outright. The model reads and proposes values with citations; it never formats a number, and nothing it drafts ships until an attorney adopts it. It now also drafts companion pairs — two loans closing together as one collateral story — and has absorbed the firm's closing-tracker spreadsheet, so the shared folder files itself and the board says which papers a deal is still missing.

Built around the work, not a sales pipeline.
Off-the-shelf CRMs fit generic teams. These were written for how the business actually runs — then put in production.
